Chocoholly - A Fab Christmas Gift!

Wednesday 7 December 2011
Holly Caulfield is a contemporary artist who has a passion for chocolate and was so inspired by the film Chocolat that she went on a quest to discover the secrets behind the best and most delicious chocolate in the world. She used her talent as an artist to design the packaging.

Her business Chocoholly sells chocolate made using only organic ingredients and every bar of chocolate is made the old fashioned way. by hand, with the greatest of care.

All of the Chocoholly plain chocolate blends (74% and Chilli & Coconut Dark) don’t contain any dairy products making them suitable for Vegans. The whole of the Chocoholly range is suitable for vegetarians and all of the chocolate made by Holly is gluten-free. The whole Chocoholly range is also free from vegetable fats.

I was sent bars of the Strawberry and Chilli White Chocolate, Rich Milk Chocolate Fish (which won a Great Taste Gold Award in 2010), and Dark Chocolate Infused with Chilli and Coconut.  They were all really delicious! You can really taste that they were made with care using high quality ingredients.  The packaging was gorgeous and I would happily send some as gifts, safe in the knowledge that they not only taste fabulous but the packaging looks amazing too.

Holly also runs Chocolate Workshops and has just opened a brand new shop in the heart of Hove.  It has all the facilities for the chocolate workshops, and also a cafe area where you can relax and enjoy a hot drink and a snack.

The Chocolate Workshops feature tasting all the Chocoholly flavours, you get to create your own fresh chocolate truffles, make hand-dipped organic chocolate fruit, marshmallows and truffles then pack your own chocolates in chocoholly boxes with bows.  You also get to take home recipes and instructions for tempering chocolate at home.

To book a Chocolate Workshop Email Holly: info@chocoholly.com or phone her fabulous new shop  on 01273- 734-881.

I will be attending one of the fab Chocolate Workshops early next year, watch this space for a review!
